Mr Damico is a financial consultant for Environmental Rate Consultants, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in water, wastewater and storm water utility rate and cost of service consulting assisting over 40 municipal and regional storm water utility/authority programs and performing over 80 water/wastewater and storm water rate studies all across the country. Mr. Damico has worked with 10 Ohio cities and 6 Ohio counties in implementing storm water utility/district programs and 5 County Auditor’s offices including annually preparing the storm water billing database for Lorain County, the City of Oberlin and the Village of South Amherst. Mr. Damico specializes in preparing and uploading storm water utility billing database files to County Auditors, in Ohio. Mr. Damico also specializes in programming customized Access based VBA billing programs and Excel based water, wastewater and storm water rate models. Mr. Damico has assisted other ERC staff in developing and implementing complete storm water management programs including creating the GIS-based Equivalent Residential Units IERUs) and creating the GIS-based impervious area measurements for all non-residential properties (customers). Mr. Damico has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Toledo and a Masters in Strategic Management from the University of Dayton. Both universities are located in the State of Ohio.
