Environmental Rate Consultants, Inc. (ERC) was incorporated in January 1992 to provide financial consulting, utility rate setting, facilitation and consensus building, public involvement and public education services to potable water providers, sanitary sewer providers and local and regional storm water utility service providers in the public sector. ERC's corporate office is located in the Cincinnati, Ohio / Northern Kentucky metropolitan area and a satellite office in Mason, Ohio.
