Qualifications
Environmental Rate Consultants, Inc. (ERC) was incorporated in January 1992 to provide financial consulting services and developing Business Plans for storm water, water and wastewater utility rate study and revenue bond clients, including level of service cost of service analysis, rate study analysis, cash flow analysis, facilitation and consensus building, public involvement and public education, NPDES Phase I and II permit application, and billing and collection system services to water providers, sanitary sewer providers and local and regional storm water utility service providers in the public sector. ERC's corporate office is located in the Cincinnati, Ohio / Northern Kentucky metropolitan area and a satellite office in Mason, Ohio.
